Terms of Use

By accessing or using Kronk (“the Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Oopahroot Technology Limited, the operator of Kronk. References to “you” or “your” mean the individual accessing the Service.

Access to Kronk is by invitation only. Accounts are created and provisioned by an administrator; you cannot self-register. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account or allow any other person to access the Service using your credentials. Notify us immediately at teamgull@oopahroot.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: logging and tracking work hours and project time. You must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or to the underlying systems.
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any disruptive software.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
• Submit false or misleading timesheet data with intent to defraud.

You retain ownership of the timesheet entries and project data you create within Kronk. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not sell, license, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data handling is described fully in our Privacy Policy. You may export or permanently delete your data at any time from your profile page.

The Kronk application, its design, code, and branding are owned by Oopahroot Technology Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service beyond the limited right to access and use it as described herein.

We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be free of errors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile page.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, the version number and “last updated” date will be updated and you will be asked to re-accept the revised Terms the next time you sign in.
